AUTHOR TERMS OF SERVICE:

By submitting your article(s) to us you declare that you have sole ownership rights to all material you may submit, and that copyrights (if any) to the content belongs solely to you.

Submitting your content to Articlez.com automatically grants your permission to publish it on our site, as well as any other distribution channels we may choose to utilize, both now and in the future.

You also agree that you have no rights as to whether or not we will choose to use your content, or if we choose to use it, over how long we may choose to make it available on our site.

If we choose to review your content before submission to our site, we reserve the right to reject it if it contains spelling or grammatical errors, is placed into an incorrect category, or deals with any/all of the following topics:

Pornography -- Gambling -- Casinos -- Lotteries -- Viagra (and similar products) -- steroids (and other illegal substances).

As well, we do not accept submissions that contain racially- or ethnically-oritented "hate speech", racial slurs, vulgarities, or direct attacks on other buisinesses, products, services or persons.

As the purpose of article submissions is to possibly encourage its distribution, you also agree to permit your content to be distributed to our site visitors and used by them on their own websites, print or electronic newsletters.

While we strongly encourage third parties to reprint your content in its entirety, including your embedded links and bio box, we do not monitor this usage, and you agree that enforcement of these terms of usage is entirely up to you. Articlez.com will not be held liable for any financial or other business or personal loss as a result of the misuse of content you choose to post on our site.

The Articlez.com directory site may include on-page advertising. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles. If your article does not meet our guidelines, at our discretion we may edit your content so that it does. In extreme cases, where the submitted content is very poor, we may require you to revise and resubmit a fresh article in place of it.

The user agrees to indemnify Articlez from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which Articlez, its affiliates, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these Web pages by the user.

Credit Purchases:

Articlez.com writing services operate using a credit system. You buy the number of credits required and use them to order the volume of articles you need created.

Credits never expire except under one specific situation. If you have a credit balance, AND your account has had no activity for a period of 12 months or longer, with no activity being defined as an account that has not been logged into in the previous 12 month time frame, those credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
